Time vs Quality Improvement
We tailor our services to customer requirements, develop according to the current state of the art and observe all legal regulations, alongside national and international standards. The safety and health of our employees within the scope of our activities form an integral part of the above-mentioned policy.
Maintaining our quality management system (QM system) in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 is intended to support us in meeting these requirements. We are committed to continually improving the effectiveness of our quality management system through internal and external quality audits.
The primary goal for quality is to determine customer requirements and fulfill them with the aim of customer satisfaction. This can only be ensured if there is mutual understanding between the contractor and the client.
In order to obtain information about customer satisfaction, the DSI Aerospace project management team carries out surveys at companies, depending on their requirements, and/or creates data analyses about the services they have provided. This is intended to review the implementation and effectiveness of the measures set out in this statement. Measures to improve customer satisfaction may be derived from the subsequent evaluation.
The principle applies to create a product “as good as possible” and not just “as good as necessary” within the framework of the contractual agreements.
