As part of our HR team, you will actively drive topics like employer branding, end-to-end recruitment, and university relations to attract top talent with energy and enthusiasm.

What do we expect from you?

  • Com­plet­ed degree in HR, Psy­chol­o­gy, Busi­ness, or a com­pa­ra­ble qual­i­fi­ca­tion
  • Ini­tial expe­ri­ence in recruit­ing or in an HR-relat­ed envi­ron­ment
  • Inter­est in employ­er brand­ing, com­mu­ni­ca­tions, and uni­ver­si­ty mar­ket­ing
  • Strong orga­ni­za­tion­al skills and the abil­i­ty to man­age mul­ti­ple top­ics simul­ta­ne­ous­ly
  • Excel­lent com­mu­ni­ca­tion skills in both Ger­man and Eng­lish
  • Hands-on men­tal­i­ty and enthu­si­asm for work­ing in a dynam­ic team

What are your responsibilities?

  • Sup­port­ing the HR team through­out the entire recruit­ment process
  • Cre­at­ing and pub­lish­ing job adver­tise­ments
  • Iden­ti­fy­ing and approach­ing poten­tial can­di­dates via pro­fes­sion­al net­work plat­forms (Active Sourc­ing)
  • Coor­di­nat­ing appli­cant man­age­ment and sup­port­ing can­di­dates through­out the process
  • Con­tribut­ing to employ­er brand­ing ini­tia­tives (e.g. social media, careers web­site, cam­paigns)
  • Orga­niz­ing and par­tic­i­pat­ing in uni­ver­si­ty events, job fairs, and recruit­ing events
  • Work­ing close­ly with var­i­ous depart­ments to attract the right tal­ent
  • Sup­port­ing the onboard­ing process for new col­leagues
