What do we expect from you?
- Completed degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or a comparable qualification
- Initial experience in recruiting or in an HR-related environment
- Interest in employer branding, communications, and university marketing
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple topics simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills in both German and English
- Hands-on mentality and enthusiasm for working in a dynamic team
What are your responsibilities?
- Supporting the HR team throughout the entire recruitment process
- Creating and publishing job advertisements
- Identifying and approaching potential candidates via professional network platforms (Active Sourcing)
- Coordinating applicant management and supporting candidates throughout the process
- Contributing to employer branding initiatives (e.g. social media, careers website, campaigns)
- Organizing and participating in university events, job fairs, and recruiting events
- Working closely with various departments to attract the right talent
- Supporting the onboarding process for new colleagues
