What do we expect from you?

  • Uni­ver­si­ty degree in elec­tri­cal engi­neer­ing, aero­space engi­neer­ing, com­put­er sci­ence or a com­pa­ra­ble edu­ca­tion
  • At least 3 years’ work expe­ri­ence in the field of cir­cuit dia­gram devel­op­ment, prefer­ably for aero­space sec­tor
  • Con­fi­dent in han­dling mea­sur­ing instru­ments (oscil­lo­scope)
  • Good knowl­edge in cir­cuit and PCB design
  • Expe­ri­ences in usage of Altium Design­er, Spice Tools and basic C pro­gram­ming skills is a plus
  • Flex­i­bil­i­ty, enthu­si­asm, ini­tia­tive and the abil­i­ty to work in a team as well as coop­er­at­ing in large projects
  • Resilience, self-assur­ance and abil­i­ty to work inde­pen­dent­ly
  • Good ver­bal and writ­ten com­mu­ni­ca­tion skills in Eng­lish and prefer­ably also in Ger­man

What are your responsibilities?

  • Require­ment engi­neer­ing and close co-work­man­ship with the sys­tems engi­neer­ing
  • Estab­lish­ing of a detailed block dia­gram
  • (EEE) Part selec­tion for dif­fer­ent mod­els e.g. EM/EQM/℗FM
  • Devel­op­ment of ana­logue and dig­i­tal cir­cuits
  • Gen­er­a­tion of analy­sis doc­u­ments, e.g. WCA, der­at­ing, reli­a­bil­i­ty and pow­er
  • Exe­cu­tion of sim­u­la­tions for cir­cuit parts with tools such as PSpice or LT Spice
  • Cre­ation of schemat­ics and option­al PCB lay­out with Altium Design­er
  • Ini­tial oper­a­tion and com­mis­sion­ing of devel­oped cir­cuits
  • Spec­i­fi­ca­tion and exe­cu­tion of elec­tri­cal test pro­ce­dures
  • Option­al:
    • Envi­ron­men­tal ver­i­fi­ca­tion of hard­ware
    • Coop­er­a­tion with exter­nal ver­i­fi­ca­tion lab­o­ra­to­ries and review of test reports
