What do we expect from you?
- University degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering or a comparable education
- At least 5 years of professional experience in the field of circuit design, commissioning and troubleshooting, taking into account ECSS or other standards, preferably in the aerospace sector
- Proficient in using measurement instruments (e.g. oscilloscope)
- Experience with Altium Designer, Spice tools, JTAG debugging and basic C programming skills is a plus
- Proactiveness, enthusiasm and confidence
- Capable of working both independantly and in a team on large projects
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and preferably also in German
What are your responsibilities?
- Development of digital and analogue circuits for mass memory units, on board computers and instrument control units
- Preparation of analysis documents, e.g. WCA, derating, reliability and power
- Requirement engineering and close co-workmanship with the systems engineering
- Performing of simulations for circuit parts using tools such as PSpice, LT Spice or MathCad
- Schematics and optional PCB layout with up to 18 layers using Altium Designer
- (EEE) component selection for different models e.g. EM/EQM/PFM/FM
- Initial operation and commissioning of developed circuits
- Specification and execution of electrical and optional environmental test procedures
